And from here, I head west to Sofia, Bulgaria, then Athens. I had a hard time culling down to 10 photos of Istanbul. Can't imagine how many I'll post from Athens, and places in Italy and Switzerland. I didn't do justice to some of the earlier stops, either. Now that I have this uploading down pat (joke!!!) you can expect to see more on the places I've already covered. But first, finish the trip.

First Batch of Photos

Here are the first few photos from my trip. In future postings, I'll try to get them the order they were taken. I thought I had that down, but apparently not. And cut and paste with pictures in the Blog is beyond me.
It takes quite a while to upload them, so I'll just post a few from each area on the Blog. And it may take a while before I post any more. Just check in once in a while.
I won't try to provide any "Come to see wonderful city of --------" or picture post card shots of the places I've been (I'm far from that good, anyway) . Just shots that I like. Hope seeing them provides you with at least a fraction of the pleasure I had taking them.
